Terms of service
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the BDsniper service, published by Milton Correa, an individual publisher. Contact: support@bdsniper.com.
By creating an account, you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Account and organization
An account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
An organization gathers accounts under the responsibility of its owner, who answers for the members they invite to it.
3. Subscription and payment
Access is free today. A paid plan, if one is introduced, is billed to the organization, monthly or yearly, in advance, and payment is entrusted to Stripe.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refund is due for a period already started, unless the law provides otherwise.
4. What the service shows
BDsniper lists job adverts as the companies themselves publish them, on their own career pages and job boards, together with company details from public datasets. It is given as found, without any guarantee that it is complete, current or accurate.
What you do with that information is yours to answer for, including the rules that apply where you and the company you approach are established.
5. Acceptable use
You undertake not to use the service for any unlawful activity, to harm third parties, or to compromise its security or availability.
Automated extraction of the service, in bulk or for resale, is not allowed without written agreement.
6. Liability
Milton Correa provides the service as is and uses reasonable means to keep it available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is capped at the amounts paid over the last twelve months.
7. Termination and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the settings. Deletion is final and carries with it the organizations of which you are the only member.
Milton Correa may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms, after notice where possible.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the competent French courts, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
